1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Mentee", or "User") and Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd. ("Signal Bridge Core", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our educational courses, chart laboratories, mentoring programs, and website located at signal-bridgecore.click.

By enrolling in any program, submitting an admission inquiry, or accessing our educational portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Scope & Nature of Services

Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd. is an educational training institution dedicated exclusively to technical analysis instruction, chart reading methodology, and trade journaling discipline.

All course materials, live discussions, playback drills, journal reviews, and instructor demonstrations are provided strictly for educational and training purposes. We do not provide individualized financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or brokerage services. Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of capital loss, and participants remain solely responsible for their own discretionary decisions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum materials, workbooks, video lecture recordings, proprietary chart spreadsheets, custom risk calculators, graphics, and instructional syllabi provided by Signal Bridge Core remain the exclusive intellectual property of Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd.

Enrollment grants the individual student a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and study the materials. You may not record, republish, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any portion of our course recordings or written materials without prior written consent.

4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional and respectful conduct during all cohort interactions, chat channels, and classroom sessions. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or unauthorized commercial solicitation may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

Rescheduling of 1-on-1 private mentoring sessions requires at least 24 hours advance notice to allow mentor schedule reallocation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd. and its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses or damages resulting from the application of technical analysis methods learned in our courses.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
