We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver educational training and process admission inquiries:

  • Contact Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and physical billing address.
  • Academic & Charting Profile: Charting experience level, preferred training tracks, trading journal submissions, and study goals provided during consultation.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs captured through essential cookies.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of Contract: To administer course enrollments, deliver 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, conduct journal reviews, and issue certificate materials.
  • Legitimate Interests: To respond to admission inquiries, improve our curriculum based on student outcomes, and ensure portal security.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with Thai tax reporting and statutory accounting requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal student records and course submission history for the duration of your active enrollment and for up to 5 years following course completion in accordance with Thai statutory accounting and educational record guidelines. Inquiry submissions that do not result in enrollment are deleted after 12 months.

5. International Data Transfers

When delivering remote video mentoring or asynchronous journal feedback, student information may be securely processed through cloud infrastructure providers located outside of Thailand. We ensure that all cross-border data transfers comply with appropriate safeguards, standard contractual clauses, and encryption protocols.

6. Your Data Rights

Under the Thailand PDPA and applicable data laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data held by us.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request the erasure of your personal records where retention is no longer legally required.
  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
  • Request the transfer of your data to another controller (data portability).
