Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd., we strive to provide world-class technical market education and mentorship. Because our cohort sizes are strictly capped (maximum 6–8 students) and 1-on-1 mentorship requires dedicated faculty allocation, our cancellation and refund guidelines balance flexibility with operational commitments.

2. Cancellation Prior to Course Commencement

• Full Refund (100%): If a written cancellation request is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the official cohort start date or scheduled first 1-on-1 session, the student is entitled to a 100% refund of tuition paid, minus bank transfer processing fees.
• Partial Refund (75%): If cancellation is requested between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the start date, a 75% refund will be granted. The remaining 25% covers administrative reservation costs.
• Late Cancellation (Under 7 Days): Cancellations requested less than 7 calendar days before the program begins are non-refundable, but tuition may be credited toward a future cohort intake within 12 months.

3. Work Already Started & Post-Commencement Policy

Once a training program or mentorship residency has commenced:

• Multi-Timeframe Chart Lab & Risk Clinics: Tuition is non-refundable after the first live session has taken place.
• 1-on-1 Trend Architecture Mentorship (12 Weeks): If unexpected medical or personal emergencies arise before Week 4, a pro-rated credit for uncompleted private sessions may be issued upon faculty review. Completed clinical sessions are strictly non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling & No-Shows

• 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions: Mentees may reschedule individual 1-on-1 clinics up to twice per 12-week program by providing at least 24 hours advance written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice ("no-shows") cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited.
• Group Cohort Sessions: Because group chart labs run on fixed live schedules, individual missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, but full high-definition recordings and homework reviews are provided.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Physical workbook printing and international courier delivery fees once shipped.
• Individual diagnostic review fees incurred prior to course placement.
• Third-party bank transfer, currency conversion, or international transaction charges.

6. Refund Process & Processing Time

To request a refund or enrollment cancellation:

1. Submit a formal written request via email to info@signal-bridgecore.click stating your full name, enrolled program, registration date, and reason for cancellation.
2. Our admissions office will review and acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original method of payment (bank wire transfer or international remittance).

7. Course Cancellation by Signal Bridge Core

In the rare event that Signal Bridge Core Co., Ltd. must cancel a scheduled workshop cohort or residency due to instructor illness or unforeseen studio disruptions, enrolled students will be offered the choice between a 100% full tuition refund or priority placement in the next scheduled intake.
